On April 25, Nanyang Normal University held the Henan Province Graduates Employment Market (Nanyang Branch) & Nanyang Normal University 2025 Graduates Spring Campus Job Fair at the basketball court in the Central Campus. Vice President Leng Feng, along with leaders from the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, other schools, and employment officers, visited the event to learn about employers’ recruitment needs for the 2025 cohort and gather feedback on current interns and graduates, aiming to facilitate targeted graduate employment.

Vice President Leng Feng spoke with employers and graduates to understand the latest market demands, job opportunities, and employer feedback on the university’s talent development programs. He also discussed graduates’ career aspirations and concerns, encouraging them to set realistic goals and seize employment opportunities proactively.

The career fair included dedicated zones for employment policy guidance, military enlistment promotion, education industry recruitment, non-education industry recruitment, and a special recruitment area for Shenzhen Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone. At the policy guidance zone, staff from the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship offered on-site services such as resume review and career counseling. Interview rooms were also set up for employers to conduct on-the-spot interviews and sign agreements with selected graduates.

The event was broadcast live via the university’s “Employment Guidance and Service Center” video channel, creating a lively yet orderly atmosphere. Graduates actively engaged with recruiters, showcasing their academic strengths and career expectations while inquiring about job requirements, salaries, and growth opportunities.

Over 200 employers participated in the fair, spanning industries such as education, finance, construction, IT, internet services, and smart manufacturing, offering 11,178 job openings. More than 4,000 graduates attended, submitting 2,621 resumes and achieving 792 preliminary employment agreements.
