Report Content: The socialist market economy system constitutes a fundamental component of China’s basic economic institutions, serving as the institutional bedrock for the nation’s rapid economic growth and long-term social stability. Using economic system reform as the key driver to deepen comprehensive reforms and establish a high-standard socialist market economy represents not only an intrinsic requirement for better aligning production relations with productive forces, but also a crucial safeguard for Chinese modernization. Positioned at this new development stage, we must take high-quality development as the strategic objective, focus on cultivating new growth drivers as the practical orientation, and advance the socialist institutional system with Chinese characteristics toward greater maturity.
